1. INTRODUCTION TO THE POSITION
We are looking for a PRODUCT CONTENT specialist with strong editing skills, systematic thinking, and proactive research abilities to build, develop, and direct content for digital products/services.
This is not a position for "simple content writing," but rather a person responsible for the quality and content strategy within the product.
2. WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Edit, standardize, and enhance the quality of content in products (text, scripts, service content...);
- Conduct market research, user analysis, and related content trends;
- Propose content direction for each product/service;
- Build content framework (tone & voice, guidelines, structure...);
- Collaborate with Product/Design/Tech to implement content in products;
- Control the quality of output content (accuracy, appeal, market relevance);
- Participate in developing features related to content (AI content, chatbots, content systems...);
- Suggest improvements based on user behavior and usage effectiveness.

4. OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- At least 1 year of experience in a related field;
- Good writing and editing skills;
- Strong analytical and research thinking;
- Understanding of content structure in digital products (UX writing, content flow is an advantage);
- Preferred: Experience in fields such as education, AI, astrology...
- Graduated from schools specializing in Journalism, Communication/Marketing...
