1. INTRODUCTION TO THE POSITION
We are looking for a Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, helping ITPRO deliver high-quality digital products for international markets.
2. WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Gather, analyze and document business requirements from stakeholders;
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for the development team;
- Conduct system analysis, gap analysis and propose solutions;
- Collaborate with project managers, developers and QA to ensure delivery quality;
- Create user stories, use cases, process flow diagrams and wireframes;
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and stakeholder sign-off.

4. REQUIREMENTS
- 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role;
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills;
- Experience with requirement management tools (JIRA, Confluence...);
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum;
- English proficiency (reading/writing technical documents);
- Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or related field.
